Refund Policy Terms and Conditions
1. Late Orders
- We strive to deliver assignments on time. Contact our customer support team if an order is delayed or unusable. If the delay is our fault, we will issue a full refund provided the content has yet to be submitted.
- If the assignment is used despite being late and results in minor grade deductions, a partial refund may be granted upon proof of grade impact.
- Customers must respond within 12 hours to our queries during the refund process. Delays due to customer inaction will void the refund claim.
- If the delay is due to our writing expert’s inability, a refund of 20% – 50% may be issued.
- Refunds are only applicable if the original deadline is missed. For revisions, a new deadline must be mutually agreed upon.
2. Low Quality of Paper
- If you are unsatisfied with the paper’s quality, request a revision first. If issues persist, a refund may be considered if:
- The paper is proven to be plagiarised (proof required).
- The paper does not meet client specifications after multiple revisions.
- Refunds are not applicable if the paper has been submitted or if the issues were not reported during the draft stages.
3. Unavailability of Expert
- In rare cases where an expert is unavailable after payment, customers can request a different dissertation of equivalent value.
4. Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. If work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. Full refunds are available for cancellations within the specified time.
- If the work has begun, we have the right to charge according to the amount of written work.
6. Not Achieving Desired Grade
- We guarantee high-quality papers but cannot promise specific grades. Overall performance depends on the student’s efforts.
7. Failing Grade
- If you receive a failing grade, you must claim a refund within 30 days of submission, providing a grade sheet and the professor’s feedback. Refunds of 30% – 50% may be issued based on our investigation.
Refund Claim Method
- Contact our customer support team within three weeks of receiving your paper to file a refund claim. Do not involve third parties like credit card providers or PayPal.
Refund Period
- Refund claims must be made within 30 days of the order deadline. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
Chargeback
- Chargebacks are prohibited. Please contact our customer support to resolve issues. Suspected fraudulent activities will lead to legal action.
Refund Processing
- Refund analysis and approval take a minimum of 48 hours. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 72 hours.
